Think of a word
If the first letter of the word is a consonant then move that letter to the end of the word and place "ay" after the consonant.
Example: Desk becomes eskDay

If the first letter of the word is a vowel, do not move any letters, and simply place "Hay" at the end of the word.
Example: Apple becomes AppleHay

If the first set of letters is Consonant Digraph (IE: sh as in Shoe, or ph as in Phone), move both letters to the end of the word, and place "ay" after the Consonant Digraph.
Example: Shopping becomes oppingShay
